Tailored to our clients not limited to but who grit/grind their teeth, suffer from tension headaches, and/or have had any kind of dental work done. During our session we will focus on facial, mouth (yes working inside your mouth), upper body and hip muscles to help alleviate pain and tension.

Hot Stones

Bringing relaxation to a new level, we employ heated stones on targeted areas of the body for effective muscle relief and better circulation. Our hot stones not only aids in stress reduction but also contributes to improving muscle flexibility.
Gua Sha
$15 — Up to 20min Max.
Using a porcelain bowl (spoon), metal, or stone tool to scrape the muscle(s) to relieve those possibly experiencing general pain/discomfort. Clients experiencing headaches/migraines, neck, shoulder, and back tension can greatly benefit from this as well. Redness appears as a sign of proper blood flow that has been stagnant due to buildup of muscle tension. Redness usually disappears from 1 up to 4 days after treatment depending on how much muscle tension has been relieved.
